Looking for strength training to complement your running? SWITCH brings treadmill blocks and varied strength exercises together in a coached 55-minute workout.
Different paces, intervals and longer blocks give the treadmill a regular place in our workouts. The content changes each day. Your coach explains the session and helps you choose an effort that fits your level.
In the strength blocks, you use equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and your own body weight. Work through different movements and muscle groups, with attention to technique. Give strength training a place alongside your outdoor miles.
Preparing for an event or already running regularly? Add strength training and treadmill intervals to your running week at SWITCH. Share your goals and training schedule with your coach, who helps you choose an appropriate intensity alongside your outdoor runs and recovery.
Our trainer team prepares the session; your coach explains it and helps you during the workout. Music and the group’s shared effort bring energy to your strength and cardio training.
