55 minutes · Strength & cardio · Personal coaching
You want to feel fitter and approach your training with more confidence. At SWITCH, your workout is ready: 55 minutes of strength and cardio, with a coach who helps you train at your level.
No need to design a routine or gather exercises. Our team of personal trainers prepares the workout. You choose a time in the schedule and get to work, alongside other members and with a coach who explains the session and motivates you.
Cardio blocks include treadmill and rowing work. Strength exercises with weights, resistance bands and your own body weight complete the workout. You work on both in one session, with variety in pace and movements.
Returning after a break or developing the fitness you already have? Your coach helps with effort and technique. Suitable paces and weights make the challenge yours, even when you’re training alongside others.
A prepared session, varied exercises and a group that gets to work. Your coach gives you encouragement when you need it. Music and lighting add to the experience. Try a workout and see whether this way of training fits you.
You don’t need to train somewhere else before joining. Tell your coach about your experience at your first session so they can help you take part at your level.
That depends on your starting point, goals and what you do outside SWITCH. Discuss a suitable routine with your coach and choose times you can keep in your week.
It varies from person to person and depends partly on your starting point and consistency. Discuss what you want to improve and how you can follow your progress with the coach.
Yes. Both are part of the same 55-minute SWITCH workout.
SWITCH offers coached 55-minute strength and cardio workouts in Eindhoven, Tilburg and Veldhoven. Your coach explains each block and helps with pace, weights and technique, so you do not need to put together your own gym routine.
Pick something you can recognise, such as completing a cardio block more comfortably or performing an exercise with better control. Discuss it with your coach. Heart-rate data shows effort; also consider technique, training load and how the session feels.
