At Switch the Gym, we use similar exercises that help you in everyday life. Think squats, deadlifts and kettlebell swings that promote your core strength and overall fitness.

Just like crossfit, Switch Tilburg offers high-intensity training sessions that motivate you and help you make progress quickly. Our workouts last 55 minutes, including warm-up and cooldown. In this small hour you train at your own level, with a heart rate monitor to track your progress. And while exercising can sometimes be a very individual experience, that’s not the case with us. I am Jeroen and I have been working out at Switch in Veldhoven for about 2 years now. After seeing the results of others who train here and the fact that I wanted to lose some weight myself, I started following classes twice a week. Because of the progress I saw (-10kg within 6 months), the atmosphere inside and outside the gym and the legitimate interest in you as a person, by both the trainers and front desk staff, this soon went to 3x per week.
