I am Jeroen and I have been working out at Switch in Veldhoven for about 2 years now. After seeing the results of others who train here and the fact that I wanted to lose some weight myself, I started following classes twice a week. Because of the progress I saw (-10kg within 6 months), the atmosphere inside and outside the gym and the legitimate interest in you as a person, by both the trainers and front desk staff, this soon went to 3x per week. I felt welcome and enjoyed the workouts despite the fact that during Corona they were outside and it could be a bit cold at times.

Hey I’m Dan, 32, single, Engineer. I’ve been at switch for 6 months and enjoying it big time. I train 3-4 times a week, currently I’m using switch to get back into rugby shape after surgery. I really enjoy the full emersion of the switch experience, get out of my head of daily troubles and focus on working hard for the hour session. Using the heart rate monitor I’m able to see real time feed on my heart rate and I’m able to track my progress. Im a person who enjoys some encouragement in the gym and for me the instructors hit the spot in giving me that extra push. Overal, Switch is the finest gym experience I’ve ever had im I’m looking forward to every session and making it a part of daily fitness life. 🤙🏻
